What is an Optimisation Report?
Optimisation Reports are the result of a proactive and free initiative undertaken by the Microhouse Support team reviewing your COSTAR system and making recommendations based on your current settings and usage. The purpose of the report is to highlight areas where your COSTAR system can be optimised or new modules or functions added to ensure that you get the most out of your COSTAR system.
Note: It is not an analysis of your business.
When undertaking this report, we will give you a summary of specific elements in COSTAR and any action required categorised into “Ok,” “Suggested” and Required.” – Just like COSTAR Digital Inspection reports.
Each categorised element will be followed by a detailed explanation with examples from your current practices of COSTAR. Finally, we’ll make recommendations, along with tips to implement these recommendations, in order to improve the processes of your business.

Please contact our Support team to arrange a time to have the Optimisation report investigated and prepared for you. The Support Team will then be able to run through the recommendations and assist you in implementing any changes you decide to deploy in your business.
