It is Just About here!!! (The End of Financial Year)

(but it is really just another Month End)

There are just a few more things to do to make sure that you are ready to roll over from June 2018 to July 2018.  For some it will be a new financial year, others simply the end of another financial quarter or month.

You should already have your inventory files in order, we know that lots of Stock Counts (see the help video Part 1 and Part 2) have been done from the calls we have received.

You should have cleaned up your old Work-In-Progress documents and cleaned up your system ( a mid-winter clean up) – but just in case you missed it here is a quick video on Purging your Old Documents.

We recommend that your Bank Rec is up to date but you will need to enter the end of June transactions in early July.  (No problems here as we can post them back into a previous financial period)

Finally, here is a checklist to help you all the way through the roll over process for those doing Year End.  All the processes that are run at Year End can be run at any Month End and will keep your system in the best shape possible.
